Sigma 36 Sailing Yacht
1980
David Thomas designed Sigma 36 built by Sigma yachts and Marine Projects.Commisioned in 1981.Sloop rigged with iron fin keel and spade rudder. Displacement 5 tonnes. GRP construction with foam stringers. Bulkheads and furnishings are of Burmese teak.Wheel steering with emergency tiller.
ACCOMMODATION:-
Substantially refitted including new linings and lighting and rewire.New nav station and heads in 2008.Pilot berth has been converted into additional storage space.7 Berths .V berth foreward .In companionway, Heads to starboard with sink and vanity unit,Jabsco wc,shower.Shaver point and mirror.Storage locker to Port.Spacious Saloon with seating/ berths around central dinning table with pilot berth to starboard.Inset drinks cabinet.Galley to Port with Plastimo gimballed 2 burner gas grill and oven.(new 2008)Stainless steel sink in worktop with coolbox and good storage. Cutlass bearing replaced Shaft anode and antifouled in 2008 Brand new vetus engine installed 2008 with very low hours .Fantastic to sail.
