The half Ton Van de Stadt designed HB31 built by Hunter Yachts between 1983-1985. The first production boats to use Kevlar in their standard laminates. Fractional sloop rig with roller furling. Fin keel version with tiller steering. Keel stepped mast .Shaft with 2 blade folding prop.

ACCOMMODATION:-
7 Berth.Fore cabin with double berth. Saloon with seating (4 berths) quarter berth to Starboard. Heads to starboard with Sea toilet and wash hand basin . Hand pumped cold tap. Wet locker to Port. Nav station starboard and galley to Port.Galley has Plastimo double burner with grill.
Good headroom.
Chart plotter. Cobra VHF DSC Radio with cockpit extension speaker. ST2000 Tiller pilot.Log depth and wind instruments. 2 battery system. Battery level indicator

MAINTAINANCE RECORDS
Engine replaced 2001. Refit 2005 including headlining to saloon and revarnishing work. New windows fitted. Genoa and Mainsheet tracks replaced. Standing rigging replaced 2005. Full survey available 2007 with recommendations carried out. New Shaft and folding prop 2010. New self cooling stern seal fitted 2010. Engine and shaft anodes replaced 2011. Antifoul September 2011. Engine serviced anually.
